video - Gosling

Postby Hans Weilenmann » Sun May 05, 2013 10:55 pm

The Gosling is a traditional Irish lough pattern - with a proven track record on the lough - but should not be overlooked as a river pattern for Atlantic salmon.

Hook: Grip 14723BL #8
Thread: Benecchi 12/0, black
Hackle 1: Mallard breast feather
Hackle 2: Saddle hackle, dyed hot orange
Rib: Oval, gold

Body: Seal's fur, dyed amber (or substitute) - in split thread

Love the Gosling...what a beautiful classic tie. Please keep them coming.
