Homemade fly lines

Trebala mi je "klasicna" intermediate integrisana glava, koja tona v-r-l-o sporo. Ako koristite danasnje intermediate strune i integrisane glave, primetili ste sigurno da neki proizvodjaci rade strune koje ipak malo brze tonu od drugih. Na mojim lokalnim terenima imam par mesta gde je sto sporije to bolje, u suprotnom, muva se kaci za dno. Na zalost, RIO, cije tejpere najvise volim, tone ubedljivo najbrze. Airflo i SA su odrprilike tu negde, ali ipak tonu brze od starih "I" struna, koje uz malo silikonske masti 'ladno mogu da se koriste i za suve/povrsinske musice. Zato uradih jednu "Frankenstajn" integrisanu glavu za ranu sezonu (hladna voda), od stare Orvis DT-10-I skresane na 30 fita (275 grejna, mereno), okrenute naopako da bolje baca strimere i mekane, nesto deblje plivajuce shooting strune:

JA ti predlazem da potazis staru bonefish SA ,sa onom braon nalepnicom i braon kutijom sa rupom u sredini(moze jos da se nadje) ili Monic , imao sam obadve i strasno sporo tonu

Ovako sam dobio pravu strajper strunu...kratka debela glava, deblji izuzetno mekani shooting line. Ima na trzistu jos slicnih struna, ali poenta nije u tome. Stigao mi novi heat gun bas za ovu namenu, pa se sada igram sa raznim kombinacijama. Uz to, stari Bonefish ce biti kao feder ovde u aprilu.

Prica sa custom made strunama je u sutini vrlo slicna kao i sa custom stapovima jer uz malo experimentisanja mozete napraviti bas ono sto vam treba. Sasvim sam su upravo ovako nastajali neki od danas popularnih tapera.

Da li je negde opisan postupak spajanja kanapa? Odnosno, kako se to radi u kućnoj radinosti.

Pokušaj izrade petlje.jpg

Iz nekog čudnog razloga, tek sad sam video ovaj odgovor. I ja sam isprobavao izradu petlje na kraju kanapa na ovaj način ali sam ostavljao termo bužir. Ili je ovde nešto drugo. Ne razumem priču. Nije mi palo na pamet da je takav spoj dve strune moguć i još kvalitetan.

Ukoliko se spoj uradi (zatopi) kako treba mislim da je buzir samo visak.

Sto se tice spajanja delova jedne ili kombinovanja delova od razlicitih struna varenjem u paraksi funkcionise odlicno.. ja vec 2 ili 3 sezone pecam sa jednom Airflo strunom koja je presecena na pola a zatim zavarena na tom mestu. Spoj odlicno drzi. Naravno i ovde je termobuzir samo visak.
